Our development team is made up of blockchain experts who apply themselves to the optimization of the scalability, interoperability and sustainability of Auctionity through the different blockchains. We intend to make the best of blockchain in order to turn it into a promising cutting-edge technology by bettering both its fundamental aspects and its applications, by anticipating future usages for instance. We believe that blockchain technology represents the second digital revolution.

Meerkat® patented technology

Through the development of our protocol named Meerkat®, we intend for our product Auctionity to be the first to use a secured and decentralized side chain which would create a consensus for numerical assets and communicate with both public and private blockchains.

Viral and community-based product

In order to make sure the project gains visibility and becomes viral, community became the main focus of Auctionity. As a matter of fact, Auctionity is the intersection between traditional auctions and other concepts such as innovation and entertainment. Through the integration of livestreams, we offer the opportunity for any influencer to host an auction and get paid while doing so. Furthermore, the community is rewarded with a share of the final sales amount provided they share the auction on social medias. Thus, every protagonist stands to gain something thanks to Auctionity.

    The Beginnings: Drop Catching

    Created in 2013, Domraider developed its first technologies in the innovative sphere of dropcatching. Thanks to its powerful algorithm, DomRaider is able to almost instantly detect when a domain name is about to expire in order to catch it and then sell it during auction sales on its platform.
  • 2016

    Internationalization: Drop Catching Leader in Europe

    The team adapted its algorithm to each market in order to internationalize its services. The company, which was already leader in France, also took the lead on the European market in 2016. This development went hand in hand with a financial securing through a first fundraising of 4 million euros.
  • 2017

    The shift to Blockchain: Initial Coin Offering (ICO)

    In 2017, the company took a strategic turn and focused its expertise on blockchain through the creation of its own solution. In order to develop this innovative project, DomRaider successfully launched an Initial Coin Offering (a type of fundraising using cryptocurrencies) and gathered 3,600 investors in over 117 countries, raising a total of 6.9 million euros.
  • 2018

    The Auctionity saleroom: From releasing its Minimum Viable Product to gaining its first users

    In January 2018, DomRaider launched its Minimum Viable Product (MVP) under the brand Auctionity. A first version of the decentralized, free and real-time blockchain auctions was created. At the beginning of October 2018, a brand new version of the saleroom became available, including new features such as live streaming, a reward program and new categories of ERC721 Non-Fungible Tokens (NFTs).

    Capital opening: Equity Token Offering (ETO)

    DomRaider intends to open its capital to outside investors by carrying out an ETO. This brand new form of fundraising would allow the company to speed up the development of its blockchain brand Auctionity. It would also give investors liquidity on exchanges. He created his first company, Prizee.com, when he was just 18 years old. It was awarded the first prize of the Deloitte Technology Fast 50 in 2006 and became the European leader in the field of casual gaming with more than 35 million players, 150 staff members and an annual turnover of 13,7 million euros. He ceded ownership of Prizee.com in 2012, which allowed him to fund Eeffiency, his very own investment fund dedicated to startups. One of his most notable investments was Linxo, one of the leading gems in Fintech in France.

Visionary and futurist, he created DomRaider in 2013. In only two years, it became a reference in the field of dropcatching in Europe. In 2017, he turned DomRaider into one of the key actors of blockchain following his successful ICO and launched the brand Auctionity.

As a renowned figure of the French Tech, he was elected at the AFNIC board of directors, where he sat alongside representatives of the ministries of electronic communications, industry and research. Tristan also spoke at the French National Assembly as part of a project on information on virtual currencies.

Partisan of the open source (through the development of RxNet, an asynchronous communication framework in PHP, blockchain librairies and Thélia, an open source e-commerce solution) and decentralization, his expertise of blockchain fills his team with enthusiasm when it comes to developing the Auctionity project which he coordinates in an expert manner.

His experience, his dynamism and his passionate personality make him a captivating speaker, able to easily convey the functioning and stakes of blockchain in a way which can be understood by anyone.

Passionate about the creation, structuration and development of ambitious projects, Christophe likes to contribute and bring a rich experience of more than 20 years in order to assist and support the rapid growth of companies.

Founder and CEO of Zencod (specialized in computer security and created in 1998), he later sold his company to Thales Group.

He excels in conducting fundraisings and financial structuring operations (Private Equity /LBO / ICOs / STOs / ETOs). He has also taken part in numerous events and conventions all around the world as a speaker. Cornerstone of the company, he is now responsible for DomRaider’s investments and oversees the acceleration of its growth.

His communications agency offered a global expertise, from digital to print as well as editorial. Many big companies such as Michelin, Volvic and Limagrain put their trust in him and were not disappointed.

Five years after its creation, he sold his shares of the company he founded with one challenge in mind: the rise in power of a startup in the digital field. In August 2017, he started to fully exercice his talents as the marketing director for DomRaider’s first ever French ICO.
